Our mind
is with you

We evaluate, plan, and operate on conditions of the brain, spine, and cerebrovascular system.

Why Neucore?

In the nervous system, the outcome of a surgery is not left to chance. It depends on the judgment brought to the study of the case, the depth given to the planning, and the precision carried into the execution. Neucore exists because that difference matters.

Specialties

Areas we evaluate and operate on.

The following are the most common categories in our practice. If your condition or symptom is not listed here, please contact us to evaluate your case.

Conditions of the spine that can cause neck or back pain, weakness, tingling, or loss of strength in the limbs.

  • Cervical and lumbar disc herniations
  • Spinal canal stenosis
  • Cervical and lumbar radiculopathy
  • Spondylolisthesis
  • Primary and metastatic spinal tumors
  • Vertebral deformities and adult scoliosis
  • Post-traumatic or degenerative spinal instability

Tumors located in the brain or in its adjacent structures. Depending on their location, they may present as persistent headache, visual disturbances, speech difficulties, or seizures.

  • Low- and high-grade gliomas
  • Meningiomas
  • Schwannomas (including acoustic neuroma)
  • Brain metastases
  • Skull base tumors
  • Congenital brain malformations

Tumors of the pituitary gland, which regulates the body's hormonal functions. They can affect vision, the menstrual cycle, or weight, or produce hormonal changes with no apparent cause.

  • Pituitary adenomas (functioning and non-functioning)
  • Craniopharyngiomas
  • Rathke's cleft cysts

Abnormalities in the blood vessels of the brain. They may be detected after a severe headache, a transient loss of strength, or as an incidental finding on imaging studies with no prior symptoms.

  • Cerebral aneurysms (ruptured and unruptured)
  • Arteriovenous malformations (AVM)
  • Dural fistulas
  • Cavernomas

Injuries to the brain or skull caused by an impact, fall, or accident. The clinical consequences depend on the mechanism, the area affected, and the resulting intracranial pressure.

  • Epidural and subdural hematomas
  • Diffuse axonal injury
  • Intracranial hypertension
  • Skull fractures
  • Cerebral contusions

Conditions in which contact between a blood vessel and a cranial nerve produces intense facial pain, involuntary contractions, or sensory disturbances.

  • Trigeminal neuralgia
  • Hemifacial spasm
  • Glossopharyngeal neuralgia

Neurosurgical conditions that do not fall into the categories above but are a routine part of neurological care.

  • Hydrocephalus (shunting)
  • Intracranial cysts (arachnoid, colloid)
  • Chiari malformation and craniocervical junction pathology
  • Peripheral nerve compressions
Process

How we proceed with your case.

Every case is individual. These are the stages of your care, from the first consultation to postoperative follow-up.

Initial evaluation

Stage 01

The first consultation is devoted to understanding your case in depth. We perform a clinical examination, incorporate the studies you already have, and order any that are missing to refine the diagnosis. You leave the consultation with clarity about what we know, what is still needed, and the next steps.

Planning

Stage 02

If surgery is the right indication, we design a surgical plan specific to your case — with protocols to prevent complications and clear expectations about the procedure and recovery.

Decision

Stage 03

The decision is yours. We inform, we recommend, and we explain our reasoning. If surgery is not supported by the evidence, we tell you so with the same clarity.

Follow-up

Stage 04

Care does not end with surgery. We accompany your recovery with postoperative check-ups and remain available for any question. Follow-up is part of our commitment to every case.

Principles

What we require of our practice

Six principles govern our practice. They describe the way Neucore practices.

01

Technical rigor

The outcome of a neurosurgery depends on preparation, planning and execution — not on chance. Every case is approached with the fullest capability available.

02

Surgical integrity

We operate only when the evidence justifies it. The readiness not to operate is as intrinsic to Neucore as the ability to resolve the complex.

03

Clinical clarity

A patient who understands their situation makes better decisions. Complete, direct and unambiguous information is part of the treatment.

04

Continuous evolution

Continuing education is not an aspiration — it is the minimum condition for practicing a specialty that admits no outdated knowledge.

05

Full commitment

The rigor with which each case is treated — from the first consultation to the final follow-up — is the most direct form of care.

06

Informational responsibility

Neucore does not only consume knowledge — it gives it back. Rigorous, accessible outreach is a natural extension of its commitment to the field and to those who seek reliable information.

Our mind
01 / 02

If you removed the technology, the infrastructure, the name — what would remain is the mind.

The judgment that evaluates, the preparation behind every decision, the ability to communicate with clarity. This is what is irreducible in Neucore.

Doctor Erick had already been recommended to us, and we are very grateful to the doctor because he was able to clear up our questions and we are going to follow the treatment he has given our father. My sister and I now have greater clarity in following the illness our father is going through. We recommend him highly.
